French bank Societe Generale is providing the cash for the hybrid conversion of two platform supply vessels owned by a Clarksons Platou Project Finance-managed entity.
UK law firm Watson Farley & Williams (WFW) advised the bank on the term loan for an unspecified amount that allowed the special purpose vehicle to buy the 4,200-dwt Hermit Fighter, which is being renamed Esvagt Celina, and Hermit Prosper (both built 2012).
