The Hong Kong Stock Exchange is set to lose one of its few shipping stocks when shares in Sinotrans Shipping are delisted on Monday
“The scheme of arrangement was sanctioned without modification by the High Court on Thursday,” the shipowner said.
“The capital reduction of the company provided for by the scheme of arrangement was also confirmed by the High Court on the same day.”
