Jonathan Chappell believes lingering questions about the departure of G Allen Andreas IIIand ongoing uncertainty surrounding a potential liquidity gap in February 2013 “could exacerbate share price volatility” until more answers are disclosed.
After speaking with management, who offered little clarity about the tax issue other than to reiterate that it related to a process and not an accounting impropriety, the analyst said it sounded like there are “few internal concerns" about the topic.
