Siem Shipping has launched a buyback offer as it sets the stage for an exit from the Oslo Stock Exchange.
It is looking to take back 1,708,907 shares at NOK 60 each, it said in a statement today.
It comes as the board of the company, which trades as Star Reefers, has approved a delisting of the company.
Siem explains only 20,000 of its shares have traded since the start of 2015, at an average of only 80 per day.
