Norwegian investment manager Ness, Risan & Partners is planning a new shipping fund after hiring a former Credit Suisse banker to lead a new advisory venture.
NRP plans to launch the fund in the third quarter, aiming to raise about $100m in capital.
It will seek to deploy its capital in direct investments in vessels or companies.
