Seacor Holdings posted lower profit for the first quarter as improved revenue was offset by higher expenses.
The Charles Fabrikant-led company posted earnings of $641,000 versus a $4.08m profit a year earlier.
Revenue came in at $184.8m, up from $136.3m during the same period in 2017.
Operating income was $7.05m versus a loss of $188,000.
