An ongoing spat between the management of Scorpio Tankers and Deutsche Bank analyst Amit Mehrotra reached a new stage on Tuesday as the analyst called out president Robert Bugbee over his "call option" bets on the stock.
Mehrotra said Bugbee's repeated disclosures of option purchases on the company — the latest an $825,000 buy on Monday — "add an extra link to STNG's long string of corporate governance failures."
