The on-again, off-again feud between Scorpio Tankers president Robert Bugbee and Deutsche Bank equity analyst Amit Mehrotra is heating up once again.
Bugbee is betting $2.7m of his own cash on the stock's performance between now and January, only days after Mehrotra downgraded Scorpio shares to a "sell" on worries over the company's financial liquidity.
