Scorpio Bulkers has no pressing plans to grow its fleet of 56 ships, having bought 10 vessels in last year's fourth quarter.
The US-listed bulker owner would, however, seriously consider adding more vessels if the right deal presented itself, said president Robert Bugbee.
"You'd look at something should one of those rare deals come along," he said today during a call with analysts on the company's first-quarter results.
