Increased sales and a tight rein on costs helped Shipping Corp of India (SCI) boost net profit in the latest quarter.
The Mumbai-based owner also had healthier numbers from its liner activities to thank as the bulker segment stumbled in a poor rates environment.
Net profit for the three months to the end of December hit INR 1.23bn
