Sasebo Heavy Industries has kept its full-year profit forecast intact as it made more in the first nine months of the year.
The Japanese shipbuilder did, however, see sales slide in the first three quarters of the financial year.
Net profit for the nine months to the end of December was JPY 4.22bn ($51m) as against JPY 3.11bn a year earlier.
Revenues were down at JPY 46.03bn
