The Singapore-listed firm posted a net deficit of $3.6m forthe three months to 30 June against a net profit of $7.53m in the second leg oflast year.
On an operating level the group incurred a loss of $2.5mcompared to a profit from operations of $9.1m last time round.
Revenue declined by nearly a fifth to $104.8m from $129.5min the corresponding period in 2012.
