Scorpio Tankers president Robert Bugbee is at it again with call options on his company's stock, and this is a big one.
Bugbee is betting $1.565m that Scorpio shares will top $25 each by next January. He has purchased call options on 500,000 shares, or 5,000 option contracts.
This comes just days after his 21 May purchase of options for $542,000, an outlay he attributed to direction from the world's most-famous shipowner, John Fredriksen, and his public expression of bullishness on the tanker market.
