The collapsed Rickmers Holding group is to exit court self-administration proceedings in Germany after selling its main business.
The board has applied for the termination of the process at Hamburg local court, according to bondholders representative One Square Advisory Services.
The main objective was to stabilise and continue the operations of the company and to ensure its best possible sale, the advisor said.
