Hundreds of Dutch retail investors face losses of €80m ($93.6m) on a fleet of 11 containerships.
An unnamed UK creditor is taking full control of some of the vessels in the fleet of Dutch owner JR Shipping.
The British company, which acquired €126m of debt from HSH Nordbank at the end of 2017, is set to take full ownership of the 700-teu to 1,400-teu vessels in the JR Fleet Fund, to use them as a springboard for further acquisitions.
