In a market commentary Svein Engh argued that this trend is occurring at what he described as “the very top tier of the market” where there’s a relatively small number of owners.
“In the market tier where we do most of our business, we still have an active and healthy financing market,” he added. “Pricing has tightened somewhat, but the terms have not changed dramatically.”
