The Pittas family has moved almost all of its EuroDry shares into a newly created trust for bookkeeping purposes, still holding very close to half of the entire company.
The fledgling Euroseas spin-off, led by chairman and chief executive officer Andreas Pittas, transferred 683,699 shares from Friends Investment Co to Friends Dry Investment Co.
A remaining 150,551 EuroDry shares in Friends Investment will be eventually moved over to Friends Dry Investment, leaving 3.55
