Pacific Green Technologies (PGT), the scrubber company supplying systems to Scorpio Group, is building its base in Europe by setting up a sales office in Oslo with its head from a Norwegian rival.
The US OTC-listed company has headhunted former Clean Marine head of sales Frode Helland-Evebo to be vice-president, marine direct sales at its new Lysaker, Oslo site that will open in July.
