More than 10 individual shareholders have hired Copenhagen-based law firm Lett, according to Denmark’s Berlingske, which cited unnamed sources
They will go after OW’s management, banks and its biggest shareholder, private equity fund Altor.
The investors are said to be “furious” over gigantic losses.
OW Bunker filed for bankruptcy last month after an alleged $125m fraud at a Singapore unit that wiped out its equity.
