If the judge approves its request for a30-day extension the ailing US tanker operator would aim to file a restructuringplan by 31 March.
In the same motion the debtor asked forpermission to postpone the deadline for soliciting acceptances from creditors until30 June 2014.
Objections to the requests appear to be due by Friday, which is when many were hoping to see a restructuring plan proposed.
