A UK-based executive of Oaktree Capital has appeared in court in a $264m theft case.
Martin Graham, 37, faces a fight against extradition to the UAE, where he has been convicted in his absence and sentenced to three years in prison, the Financial Times reported.
Graham, a senior vice president at the shipping investment fund, was arrested in London at the request of UAE authorities.
