Japanese heavyweight NYK Line has slashed its profit forecast for the fiscal year after the launch of Ocean Network Express and the suspension of aircraft activities hurt its performance.
Tokyo-listed NYK chopped its profit projection for the 12 months to the end of March 2019 to JPY 12bn ($108m).
This is a 59% drop on its earlier expectations and less than half the JPY 24.9bn
