Trouble in the tanker market has led Danish shipowner Norden to lower its profit forecasts for the full year.
Copenhagen-listed Norden is now projecting losses from the product tanker division in 2018 and has also dialed down the top end of its forecasts for its dry cargo shipowing business.
Norden, which will release its full second quarter accounts next week, says the tanker market has worsened this year with rates at unexpectedly low levels.
