A case being brought against Nobu Su and his associates by a company controlled by Polys Haji-Ioannou along with other claimants looks set to be heard in London’s High Court this autumn.
During a hearing Friday in front of Justice Andrew Smith it emerged that a trial date of 20 October had been set for the case to come to court in front of Judge Julian Flaux.
