Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank (CACIB) and Italy’s export credit agency SACE are behind a big new loan to build an NCL cruiseship in Italy.
A syndicate led by CACIB will provide up to $498m towards construction of a 754-passenger vessel at Fincantieri in Italy, law firm Watson Farley & Williams (WFW) said.
The EUR 422m ($481m) order for NCL’s Regent Seven Seas brand was placed in March.
