First Ship Lease Trust is set to continue alone after seeing a proposed takeover by Angeliki Frangou’s Navios Maritime Holdings fall apart.
Navios signed a term sheet in April to buy a $20m stake in the Singapore-listed Trust and provide a further $20m via a convertible loan.
