Navig8 Chemical Tankers has agreed a sale and leaseback deal with ICBC Financial Leasing for four 37,000-dwt product tankers.
The company, which is listed on the Norwegian over-the-counter market, said it will receive net proceeds of around $94.7m from the transaction of the Interline coated tankers.
