Naikai Zosen has turned a profit in the first quarter of the year despite a small decline in revenue.
The Japanese shipbuilder reported net income of JPY 97m ($0.9m) in the three months to end June, bouncing back from a JPY 283m loss a year earlier.
Naikai Zosen said quarterly revenue stood at JPY 7.47bn, compared to JPY 7.81bn in the corresponding quarter.
