Mitsui Shipbuilding and Engineering Co. has reported a fall in income for the first half of the year.
It stated that net income was down from JPY 11.5bn in the first half of 2010 to 7.2bn ($92.3m) for this year.
With a healthy orderbook the company has forecast a rise in full year profit from JPY 13.5bn to 15bn.
According to Clarksons it has contracts for 30 supramax bulkers as well as capes, panamaxes, post panamaxes and a VLCC.
