Revenueat the shipbuilding arm showed a year-on-year decline of 27.6% to JPY60.6bn, Mitsubishisaid Wednesday.
Theshipbuilder also reported a 42% decline in new orders received to justJPY13.3bn versus JPY23.1bn twelve months earlier.
Mitsubishisaid it would continue to focus its activities on value-added vessels such asLNG carriers for which shipbuilding demand is rising.
