Elbe Financial Solutions (EFS), the green shipping investment advisory firm for smaller projects set up last year by Jens Mahnke, has closed its first transaction for an offshore wind energy jack-up vessel.
The deal, done with EFS’ private equity partner Eurazeo Sustainable Maritime Infrastructure (ESMI), will back a €175m financing of a 2010-built offshore wind jack-up vessel for German operator Harren & Partner, the companies said.
