AP Moller-Maersk chairman Jim Hagemann Snabe has defended the company’s strategic shift from a shipping and energy conglomerate into a container and logistics specialist.
The Danish giant has faced questions on the decision from some investors, fueled in part by a recovery in the oil businesses which are being sold.
In an interview with Borsen, Snabe said he knew the strategy change would work and stressed that patience is needed for it to unfold.
