German asset manager Lloyd Fonds has continued on its new strategic path with a deal to buy a majority stake in Lange Assets & Consulting.
It is using cash and in-kind capital contributions to acquire a 90% holding, and the seller has an option to offload the other 10% after four years.
The purchase price is towards EUR 10m ($11m), Lloyd Fonds said.
