Odfjell's partner Lindsay Goldberg is considering a sale of its 49% stake in Odfjell Terminals (OTBV).
The company has told Odfjell of its intention, the Oslo-listed tanker owner said in an exchange announcement.
Odfjell said it still considered OTBV a core business and is committed "long-term to owning, developing and operating tank terminals."
