As a result the firm that serves as Nobu Su’s personal counsel, Latham & Watkins (LW), has informed the court overseeing TMT’s Chapter 11 restructuring that it has resigned from the case.
“Irreconcilable differences have arisen between Mr. Su and LW regarding, among other things, timely payment of LW’s fees and expenses,” the firm wrote in a notice of withdrawal submitted by Paul Harner of New York and Dominik Sklenar of Hong Kong.
