The Danish fuel supplier and tanker operator is already facing four lawsuits in Singapore from domestic bunker companies after collapsing last week following an alleged $125m fraud at its Singapore unit. Hin Leong Trading has had a ship arrested in Singapore.
Now overseas companies are mulling their options.
