Korea Shipbuilding & Offshore Engineering (KSOE) posted a KRW192.6bn ($164.6m) net profit for the third quarter of 2021.
The result marked a substantial turnaround from a net loss of KRW77bn for the corresponding period last year.
KSOE, a subsidiary of Hyundai Heavy Industries Holdings (HHIH), saw its operating income more than triple from a year ago to KRW141.7bn while sales rose 2.8%
