Christen Sveaas and his Kistefos companies have launched a long-threatened class-action lawsuit against the directors and chief executive of Solstad Offshore.
The lawsuit, filed in Norway, does not include Oslo-listed Solstad itself as a defendant, according to a stock exchange announcement by Solstad on Thursday.
