KfW Ipex-Bank announced a rotation of sector heads, which will see Holger Apel replace Carsten Wiebers as managing director of the maritime portfolio.
The German bank, a government-owned export credit bank, is moving Apel into the role from his current job as managing director of basic industries.
Wiebers will be come head of aviation and rail.
And, to close the loop, Michael Nosbusch will leave that department to take the helm of the basic industries portfolio.
