Eagle Bulk Shipping secured an order from a US judge allowing the bulker owner to garnish Navig8 Bulk Pool funds held by two charterers there.
US District Judge Deborah Batts, of the federal court in New York, issued the order as part of what is now a four-court, $1.42m dispute between Eagle Bulk and pools operator Navig8 over distributions from the bulker pool.
