Hong Kong bulker owner Jinhui Shipping is diversifying a little from its core shipping markets with a property deal.
It is spending HKD 63m ($8m) on three office spaces in the territory.
The company said the deal has been struck at an "attractive price".
And it added that it involves a small allocation of capital into revenue-generating assets separate from the cyclical shipping business.
