Charterer JFC group has overturned an antisuit injunction that barred it from pursuing a dispute with Star Reefers in the Russian courts.
An antisuit injunction was granted by London high court judge Justice Teare who described JFC moves in a St Petersburg court as vexatious or oppressive.
