Dutch lender ING Bank seen provisions for loan losses grow in the third quarter.
The bank said the figure was EUR 215m ($247m), up from EUR 124m a year ago.
Net profit dropped to EUR 776m versus EUR 1.37bn, with net interest income up slightly at EUR 3.5bn from EUR 3.49bn.
Dutch prosecutors fined ING EUR 775m in September for inadequate supervision of suspicious client transactions.
