State Bank of India (SBI) chief Arundhati Bhattacharya does not see any prospect of a shipping recovery in the short term, but is more optimistic over a longer period.
"Asset quality issues are issues of the past. They are legacy issues. Whether they will turnaround immediately, I don't really think so, not in the shipping sector at least," she told reporters, according to the DNA website.
