UK maritime services group Inchcape Shipping Services (ISS) is eyeing growth and consolidation after its takeover by UK investment fund Epiris.
As the port agency and survey company turns 175 years old, more firepower will be available to pursue its strategic goals, the company said.
ISS is being sold by Dubai investment company Istithmar, which bought it in 2006. No price for the transaction has been revealed.
