Hornbeck Offshore Services plans to fight a trading suspension by the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) its shares shifted over to the OTC Pink marketplace.
The Todd Hornbeck-led owner of 74 offshore support vessels (OSVs) began trading Monday on the exchange of over-the-counter shares, also known as the "pink sheets", under the ticker symbol HOSS. They previously traded on NYSE under the symbol HOS.
