Law firm Holland & Knight has poached key a maritime finance team of smaller, New York-based rival Seward & Kissel, sources told TradeWinds.

The team is led by partner Michael Timpone, alongside partners Sophia Agathis and Kurt Plankl. Depending on the number of associates joining, the departures are expected to total around half a dozen.
