The shipping and shipbuilding sides of China's HNA Group are being swallowed up by its technology division after the acquisition of US-based Ingram Micro.
On its corporate website, the increasingly acquisitive HNA, parent of Hainan Airline, as of today groups its technology division and HNA Logistics together in a presentation of corporate structure.
