Hamburg Commercial Bank has named Ulrik Lackschewitz as interim chief executive to replace Ian Banwell, who has not extended his contract beyond 31 March for personal reasons.
Lackschewitz comes from the position as chief risk officer and deputy CEO.
Juan Rodriguez Inciarte, chairman of the supervisory board, said: “Ulrik is a highly specialised and experienced manager who knows the bank very well.
