A London panel ruled the loss making Dubai-based tanker owner must pay the second installment of a 2011 shipbuilding contract to Chinese yards Zhoushan Jinhaiwan Shipbuilding, Grand China Logistics Holding and HNA Group.
The case relates to a pair of VLCCs cancelled by the yard after the owner tried to change the terms of the contract to make them more fuel efficient.
